Terms & Conditions

General Information

 

1.1. Skillsfirst Inc, with registered office at Montreal, Quebec, is the owner of the website [https://www.fyrya.com/] (hereinafter the "Website").

1.2. These terms and conditions (hereinafter the "T&C") regulate the access, navigation, and use of the Website, as well as the digital platform (hereinafter the "Platform") that enables users and companies to exchange applications and improve selection processes (hereinafter the "Service").

1.3. Anyone using the Website and/or Platform is considered a user (hereinafter "User"), including recruiters, candidates, and visitors.

1.4. These T&C are available to all Users at fyrya.com/terms-and-conditions.

1.5. By completing the registration process on the Platform, the User agrees to these T&C and acknowledges reading the Privacy Policy (Web Privacy Policy or Privacy Policy Candidates) available at [https://fyrya.com/privacy-policy/].

1.6. Accessing the Website implies accepting the T&C as a valid and binding contract. If you disagree with the T&C, do not use the Website.

Platform Registration Process

 

2.1. Registration on the Platform is prohibited for individuals without legal capacity and minors under 18 without proper authorization, except for emancipated minors.

2.2. Creating a false identity on the Platform or using another person's account is prohibited.

2.3. Recruiters and Candidates have separate registration processes, agreeing to represent the entities they represent.

2.4. The User's password is personal and non-transferable. Any loss or theft must be reported to Fyrya immediately.

2.5. The User is liable for costs and damages caused by third-party use of their password due to negligence.

2.6. Errors in registration data can be corrected before completing registration or by contacting Fyrya at hello@fyrya.com.

Use of the Platform

 

3.1. The Recruiter grants Fyrya a non-exclusive, global license to use content published on the Platform for Service provision.

3.2. Fyrya's Services for Candidates and Recruiters are listed on the Platform.

Termination of Registration

 

4.1. The contract between Fyrya and the User is effective upon completion of the registration process.

4.2. The User may terminate the contract by deactivating their account.

4.3. Fyrya may suspend or terminate a user's account for various reasons, notifying the User via email.

Procedure for Unsubscribing 5.1. Users can unsubscribe by sending an email to hello@fyrya.com. Fyrya will deactivate the account within 24 hours.

Accuracy of User Information

 

6.1. Users guarantee accurate data during registration and are responsible for its truthfulness and consequences.

6.2. Candidates ensure accuracy and completeness of their Platform profile.

6.3. Fyrya uses the User's profile data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Price of the Service

 

7.1. The Service is free for Candidates. Recruiters may have associated costs depending on the selected Service.

Duration and Termination

 

8.1. These T&C are effective until the User unsubscribes from the Platform or termination occurs as per T&C provisions.

Responsibility for the Platform and Service

 

9.1. Fyrya is not liable for Platform unavailability due to force majeure, technological issues, or actions of third parties.

9.2. Fyrya does not endorse or guarantee Users and is not responsible for Opportunities or profile accuracy.

9.3. Users must not infringe intellectual property rights when sharing information with Fyrya.

9.4. Users are liable for their communications.

Modification of T&C

 

10.1. Fyrya reserves the right to modify T&C with prior notice to Users.

10.2. Users must accept new T&C to continue using the Service.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

 

11.1. Canadian law governs T&C disputes. Jurisdiction lies with the courts of Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
